Star Holdings has been formed to succeed to the remaining assets of iStar Inc.’s (NYSE: STAR) historical non-ground lease related commercial real estate businesses. Star Holdings is an independent, externally managed, publicly traded company.
Our portfolio is comprised primarily of our interests in our Asbury Park and Magnolia Green residential development projects, a portfolio of commercial real estate properties and loans that are being marketed for sale or otherwise monetized, and shares of Safehold Inc. (NYSE: SAFE). We expect to focus on realizing value for shareholders from the legacy portfolio primarily by maximizing cash flows through active asset management and asset sales. Star Holdings’ common shares are listed on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol “STHO”.
